| | Day 3 | Ronda | Spend a full day at leisure or drive to Ronda, one of the most spectacularly located cities in the entire country. Perched atop a massive limestone outcropping, Ronda served as one of the last Moorish bastions in Andalucia. While touring the area, don't forget to visit the Puente Nuevo (New Bridge), one of the most photographed structures in Spain. The bridge, an impressive feat of 18th century engineering, spans a 390 foot chasm and connects the two portions of the city. Explore the Palacio Mondragon, famous for its original Moorish mosaics and plasterwork decorations

| | Day 4 | Explore Granada and Antequera | Spend a full day at leisure in the Costa del Sol or travel to Granada. Visit the famous Alhambra Palace, a dazzling piece of architecture built during the Nasrid Dynasty. Surrounded by seemingly impenetrable walls, the Palace was originally composed of houses, schools, baths, barracks, and gardens. Enjoy the Old Quarter and stroll through the Water Gardens of the Palacio de Generalife. On your way back to the Costa del Sol, stop in Antequera and see the Arco de los Gigantes. Using inscribed Roman masonry, the Arco was constructed in 1595 in honor of King Felipe II

Along the way to Gibraltar, stop in Marbella and see one of the most exclusive holiday destinations for Europe's rich and famous. From Marbella, head south and enjoy a visit to the impressive Rock of Gibraltar. The Rock stands guard over the Strait of Gibraltar, a narrow channel that connects the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea and separates Europe from Africa. See St. Michael's Cave and the famous Barbary Apes, with its dramatic views of both the Spanish and Moroccan coastline. Enjoy some free time exploring the colonial buildings and duty free shops located in the center of town. Then, proceed back to the Costa del Sol

| | Day 6 | Experience Cordoba | Spend a full day at leisure in the Costa del Sol or explore Cordoba. Cordoba, founded by the Romans, is one of the most cultured and refined cities of medieval Europe. Visit the Mezquita, a former Moorish Mosque that is still in use today as Cordoba's main Cathedral. See the Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos, the palace of the first unified monarchs of Spain, King Ferdinand II and Queen Isabella I. Continue with a walk through the city and visit the Jewish Quarter and the medieval synagogue. After you have explored Cordoba, drive back to the Costa del Sol

| | Day 7 | Cadiz | Spend a full day at leisure in the Costa del Sol or drive to Cadiz. Welcome to Cadiz, Europe's oldest city. Founded by Phoenician traders in 1100 BC, Cadiz prospered in the Age of Exploration, due to its proximity to the New World. The old city of Cadiz is comprised of a series of narrow roads and grand plazas. A walk down the waterfront will lead you to the Tavira tower, where local traders used to watch for the arrival of merchant ships. Make sure to try some of the fresh seafood that Cadiz has to offer. Return to the Costa del Sol
